Do not take your bike here for repairs. They lack customer service. Rude and insulting. The individual who appears to be the manager there told me, my bike was cheap. This was after they attempt to repair the bike and neglected to tighten a screw. Of course, this resulted in further damage to the bicycle when it was ridden for a few feet.
Just picked up a specialized camber 650b. Killer bike, awesome service, and staff. The staff was super helpful, answered all my questions and were not pushy at all. My family and I have bought bikes from here for the longest time. I recommend this place every time to anyone looking to buy a bike.
My point of view may be different than a typical customer, as I am also a vendor. I designed & installed their current computer system last year. I'm also an avid rider so I do understand the bike shop customer perspective well. There a big help finding what u need friendly cool down to earth and the best is that they ride man ... proud to say there my bike shop BAM.

Wether your looking for a bike for you child or a full blown custom mountain or road bike you will be treated with the same care and knowledge, and that care and knowledge continues after your purchase with it's highly trained mechanics. A well stocked store and the ability to get you what you want if not available in short time. No "sales people" here just cycling enthusiasts!
