We will NOT be booking with this company again. We had booked for a school formal with 27 people under 18 years old for a 6pm pickup, and a direct drop off to the Shangri La Hotel. We payed a full deposit and on the day paid the remaining balance in cash. Upon arrival, we were rushed and told we had to be on the bus by 5:45pm as he had to be back at avalon by 7:45pm.
