The hotel is an excellent value. For that reason, I’ve giving it five stars. The rooms appear to have been recently upgraded, including the addition of Keurig coffee makers, large fridges, and nice bathroom fixtures. The owner appears to take pride in his property. Also, this is centrally located and walkable to downtown destinations. My only complaint is the beds could be more comfortable. But I find that to be the case with most hotels, even the more expensive properties.

Just needed a place to sleep . Clean comfortable. Good coffee, it was a Keurig and no water provided, so bring your own water or fill the ice bucket and let it melt . ( Ice machine was clean ) Laundry mat next door opens early...which is nice if you want to pack clean clothes to make your homecoming easier . Or if you forget to pack ( like me ) Top sheet makes an adequate toga while you wash your clothes.
