This was, without question, the most unacceptable and alarming hotel experience I have ever had, and it has reached the point where I feel obligated to formally report it. We chose to stay here again based on a prior decent experience and its dog-friendly policy, but this visit exposed serious health, safety, and management failures. The beds were comfortable. Specious room. Excellent customer service. Parking a little tight but some in the back.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and when I arrived the clerk said he only had 1 bed. I couldn't stay for that fact and he still charged me for 1 night. Extremely rude and he was yelling at me.

Super Clean (my pictures of AFTER our stay), big, well equipped, friendly staff. The room is huge! It's actually 2 rooms with a TV in both rooms. The shower is very nice & was clean. The bed is comfortable and sheets clean. There are extra pillows and blanket in the dresser if needed. Blower dryer, iron & ironing board provided. The mini kitchen has microwave, fridge, freezer, sink, cook top & is equipped with basic kitchen items.
