Bel Sol owners & Beachview Vacation Rentals NOT recommended. No downstairs AC for the whole week, repairman said unit needed to be replaced, endless, "We're working on it!" but no action, refund finally issued was less than 8% of the rental price (30% less than the sales tax paid). Half the houses in Bel Sol's Tuscan neighborhood are for rent, do yourself & favor & choose one of those instead.
I booked a Destin Vacations at Patti Place, I had troubles and requested support to change the date or to have a less guest department, She was very rude and hardly answer, as I could not get any support, I was at the department as per my booking. When I arrive the depto, with my mom 85 years, my three kids 4 -5-8 , nobody gave me the code of the door, neither anwered the phone. Great property in Silver Shells - absolutely pristine condition. Felt like I was in my own home. Staff was responsive and patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend them!

I wouldn't even leave one star but I had to leave something. With so many condos available and many different property management companies available within Silver Shells, DO NOT book through Beachview Vacation Rentals if you're looking for decent customer service. Yes, there is STILL mold in the master shower that they have tried to cover up with caulking and they DO NOT check to be sure the previous renters actually washed the pots and pans before returning the dishes to the cabinets.I spent time cleaning out the coffee ma... read more
