Absolutely the worst!!! Never would I ever spend my money on this place again. Upon arrival our rental was not clean hair in the beds and sand. The floor was so filthy. Our toddlers feet were black. We called beach view. They did agree to send someone to clean the next day which they did, however, they feel that they resolved the problem due to this, but when you had to sleep on top of the bed with a small little blanket because it was dirty, there isnt anything to do to resolve it can you? We rented a place for a week On Balboa Peninsula. The location was on ***********. We arrive late on Monday September 19th. Upon arrival we noticed mold in both bathrooms up by the shower heads. A slash on the front leather sofa. Putty covering a crack in the front shower tub combo. I contacted Beachview Reality about the the issues and told them we couldn't stay there because of the problems we found. My wife has rheumatiod arthritis. She cannot be around that stuff. Beachview Realty Non-Disclosure Agreement When we arrived, maintenance workers were there trying to repair the damage. They were unaware we were arriving. We waited outside for 3 hours while the worker cleaned up his things and the property management team brought in a house cleaner. This was our welcome after driving 8 hours to attend a graduation the next day and see family. The unit was left in a clean and functional condition the day prior by our company. I booked a space for the weekend of my wedding. I booked on ****** which I prefer because its hassle-free, that is until you find yourself renting from Beach view realty. We do require all guests to physically check into our office, which is conveniently/strategically located at the gateway of the Newport Peninsula, where all of our homes are managed. Check-in take 5 minutes on avg. It is similar, if not identical, to that of checking into a hotel, where you present ID, so it can be referenced to the Rental Agreement, and payment method. These people are violating the Unruh Civil rights act with there discriminatory practices. I’m a 26 year old married man and they asked me to cancel my reservation (after I paid and it was booked) because they specifically don’t like the fact that I’m under 30. As crazy as this sounds, I have blatant proof and have reached out to my lawyer in regards to the issue. By renting one of their properties one would be contributing to an unethical and bigoted company.

This company is so unprofessional. They double booked our rental and notified us less than 24 hours beforehand, not offering any compensation, discount, or help in finding a new rental. The rental was even still considered available on other websites such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and their own website, showing that they are not staying on top of it. I talked to them on the phone about it and they were not helpful at all. They were rude and were not considerate. I do not recommend going through this rental company.

We did not double book the property, we were just unable to rent to your group, as you could not fulfill the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement you signed.
