Great service, everyone is super accommodating. We've taken 3 vehicles there and each time, we've had good communication, fair pricing, and reasonable turnaround times. They are also able to text with you if, like me, you spend a lot of your work day in meetings and can't make phone calls. Just recently, I had to leave town for a family emergency and the team at Beachview was able to fit an oil change in on short notice so I could make a long road trip without worry.
Very friendly, professional service! Have been coming to Beachview for years for all my car service needs. Always handled in a timely fashion. Thinking the new owner is carrying on the Beachview tradition of good, quality service!
This was my first visit to Beach View Auto Service for an oil change and maintenance check on my Kia, and I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. The reception area is clean and inviting, all personnel I dealt with were professional, courteous, and honest. I never felt pressured into having anything performed on the car that was unnecessary. From start to finish Beachview provided the best customer service. They kept in constant communication and were completely transparent about everything that was going on with my car from the oil change, to new tires and brakes. Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend. Easy on-line booking for my appointment. Great communication while they diagnosed the problem, and quick work once I approved the work. Super customer service and workmanship. They are my go-to auto repair shop in the area.
