Amazing service! Girls at the front were super nice and very knowledgeable and helpful. Even gave me an estimate for a future service I am hoping to be able to get done by them soon. Will definitely be going back for any car issues in the future.
My experience with Beachview Auto has been one of a kind and definitely top of the line. From the moment you enter the shop which is very welcoming and clean and offers treats and coffee. You get a sense that they care and will do what it takes to get your car back on the road. Ivy in particular is a gem she really does go above and beyond for her customers. She's very knowledgeable and does a great job. They have a loyal customer in me.
Beachview was recommended to fix an oil leak when my usual mechanic was unavailable. Went I thinking I needed a valve cover gasket. The problem was something totally different after the thorough diagnostic exam provided by BV techs. Got fixed in a timely manner and drove off the lot. No more leaks! They saved me hundreds of dollars of “we’ll try this” fixes by finding the root of the problem. Great service, everyone is super accommodating. We've taken 3 vehicles there and each time, we've had good communication, fair pricing, and reasonable turnaround times. They are also able to text with you if, like me, you spend a lot of your work day in meetings and can't make phone calls. Just recently, I had to leave town for a family emergency and the team at Beachview was able to fit an oil change in on short notice so I could make a long road trip without worry.
I stopped in today without an appointment. I am leaving Saturday and had concerns about my brakes. I was SO impressed, the crew jumped right in and immediately started troubleshooting my problem. Pictures were taken of the brakes - I must have looked unconvinced and after reassuring me all was ok the manager Seth jumped in the car also! Just to confirm that all was ok. I will definitely use them again I hope you guys do also!!
