Beachview Auto in Morehead is incredible. They did a full 100K service on my truck and a full tune up and I can not be more pleased. They were very friendly and professional. The 2 girls up front were extremely helpful. Ivy was able to give me a full estimate on what I wanted done and emailed it to me before I even began the work. .I hag an appointment with Beachview on September 10. This was my first time using this facility. I brought my car in at 8 o’clock in the morning. They took my car in on time. They were very professional. They explained everything that was wrong with my car and they had it ready by 4 o’clock. I was so impressed with the service and I like the way the mechanic took time to explain everything that was wrong with the car. And the receptionist were both wonderful. I had a very slow leak in my tire but couldn't find the nail. I called Hope at Beachview and she said to bring it in 30 minutes later! I arrived and Ivy checked me in instantly. The guy came from the shop & took my car right back. A few minutes later he presented the tiniest nail that he removed and patched the hole. I was gone in less than 45 minutes with a free Ocean scented air freshener for the car! Good price, great friendly service and convenient - you can't ask for more than that!

Wow! A refreshing change for auto repair needs! This establishment of friendly staff allows you to make an appointment and actually stick to the appointment time and they even had to order a part for my car repairs plus inspection was done in less than 30 minutes. I tried Beachview because a good friend of mine said this is the only place she takes her vehicle and was very pleased.A lot of places around here will not honor any appointments and need you to drop your car off so this was very convenient for me.
