Fantastic!! Friendly, Clean, I will definitely use them again!! They were able to work my car inspection in on the same day AND without me sitting there all day. I had tried 4 other places that day, one of them had 8 people ahead of me and the guy beside me said that he had been there 2 hours already, another had no one there to do inspections, and the other 2 wanted me to come back some other day. So, thank you Beachview for the excellent customer service, I will share my experience with others!
Great shop. The girls at the front desk are amazing and knowledgeable. I received phone calls and text messages from receiving the vehicle for initial inspection. Diagnosis of the repair needed and a solid quote to get the work done. The repair to my 2020 Cadillac XT6 for changing a leaking thermostat body and gaskets was done by the book and came in under quote.They just earned a long term customer with multiple vehicles and a full recommendation for anyone looking to get professional, fair priced repairs to their vehicles!... read more
First time at Beachview Auto and it was a nice experience. I had a power steering leak in my 2003 Chevy Tahoe,. They quickly diagnosed the problem (leaky steering pump) and provided a cost estimate for my approval. Job took 2-3 hrs. I was in at 8 am and out by 11 am. Price was about what I was expecting. Front desk check--in and out was also very professional and friendly. I'll definitely use them again in the future.
I noticed that I had a malfunctioning rear blinker light and know how dangerous that can be to not use a turn signal. After stopping at a couple of auto Parts stores, who could Not help me, I stopped at Beachview. I was warmly greeted by Logan, who listened to my problem, went to my car to check out the problem, quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Beachview Auto in Morehead is incredible. They did a full 100K service on my truck and a full tune up and I can not be more pleased. They were very friendly and professional. The 2 girls up front were extremely helpful. Ivy was able to give me a full estimate on what I wanted done and emailed it to me before I even began the work. They also did a full assessment of my truck and actually told me that I did not need some of the things done that initially wanted.
