I didn't have an appointment, but I was really concerned about a sound and a vibration my car was suddenly making in the steering column. They squeezed me in just to do a diagnostic to make sure it was safe to drive. In just a few minutes they were able to identify the problem, quote me the repair, and put me on the schedule. They fixed the issue at the quoted price and even fixed an additional small issue they find at no extra charge. These people are legit, friendly, and do excellent work!
