Stayed 26-31 December 24 with the family. From the moment I arrived I had issues with our accommodation. The issues were as follows: - Upon opening our door we had a fire alarm continually beeping. It took 4 hours for maintenance staff to resolve. - The sink was 90% clogged it took 5 minutes for the water to drain from it. - The main beds shower head would fall out if it was so much as touched as the mount for it was broken and would totally fall apart bringing the shower head down on your head. Location is perfect, right on the beach but close to really good restaurants, close to the trams if you want to venture all over the GC. Spacious enough for our family of 4, it was perfect for our trip.
Excellent value for money. My family of 5 stayed here for a four day dose of themeparks and Gold Coast action. The managers, Barry and Jane were easy and lovely to deal with. The 3 bedroom apartment is clean and comfortable and offers all that you need for a family. Secure underground parking was included. And being right on the beach is just magic, you don't even need to cross the road to feel the sand between your toes. The pool has a great shallow section for kids.
