We came to the area for spring break and had issues with our truck early into the trip. It's hard enough to find someone you trust but being from out of town it can make it very difficult. After reaching out to the team here I was beyond impressed with the whole experience from getting a tow truck, communication on repair status, and loaner vehicle so we could enjoy our time in the area. I had the misfortune of a significant engine repair occurring on Hilton Head, and visited Beachside, who scheduled testing and the repairs in order to get my vehicle back to me in time to finish my visit and leave for the nearly 1,000 mile trip back to Massachusetts, and everything worked perfectly. A huge thank you to Waldo and the technician who performed the testing and repairs!
