Scott did a great job installing my new gas water heater. Very fast turnaround. Job well done
Very disappointed with Scott's conduct and integrity. He quoted on a roof job roughly 4 months ago and has since failed to communicate, or commit to a date to do the job, even though we accepted his quote. Should probably have know that was his modus operandi when I had to beg him for the initial quote which took 3 weeks to arrive. WHEN he bothered responding to text messages, his excuses range from "I'm too far behind with all my work" to "I emailed you" to "I must've missed your message"
Scott attended our home to inspect a blocked drain. His communication was outstanding, checking in before going ahead with work. He used technical diagonostic equipment to ensure he could identify the issue and cleaned up afterwards. He also sent through photographic evidence and a video of the work carried out as we weren't able to be on site during the day.
Excellent work! Quick and easy to deal with. Definately recommend!
