Rented a property through Beachside Oasis for 3/8-3/15/25. Smell in 1 bedroom when we arrived was unbearable. Closed the door to that room and our sons slept on the sofas to make it thru the night, and texted Beachside the next day. They then admitted a rodent had died in the wall of the house 3 days earlier, and it would take 4 more days for the smell to go away - a problem they and/or the owners clearly knew existed well before we arrived, but never told us or tried to find a different rental. Place was everything advertised heated pool was great for the kids!!! Bikes were a blast short bike ride to the beach. Had dolphins in the back yard one morning would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Easy check in!! Thanks again Sarah!!
Lovely house, pool, and hot tub. Rental agents were very helpful in meeting all our needs.
