This little gem is well positioned only a very short walk to the esplanade or The Wharf a truly great location. It looked like it was going to be a noisy spot, but NOT SO. Traffic never bothered us. Recently renovated rooms are clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The rooms are designed either for the solo traveller or couples. No kids rooms. The staff are friendly and happy to oblige with requests. All up a great place. Nearly forget - excellent under cover parking - great for those vicious hail storms.

Minus 5 star if I could the rudeness and the unprofessional manner of their receptionist when I called to enquire about my booking. The receptionist actually hung up on me mid conversation. My card was charged without any authorisation then I kindly asked if they could please explain why. My head was ripped off by the receptionist and then she HUNG up on me. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by someone who works in the industry simply for asking a question. Do not recommend staying here unless you feel like being abused!! ... read more
