Well... Had telehealth appointment booked and no doctor bothered to ring (was advised by staff to source my own script using third party online provider) Now in person appointment cancelled by them within 4hrs as doctor isn't in
Treated by Doctor Sing Seng Lee, terrible experience, Suffered an injury surfing, No anti inflammation medication prescribed, no break down on best practices of recovery, yesterday had a phone consultation that was supposed to be at 245pm, He called at 202pm Consultation lasted 2mins then he hung up one me after he was supposed to put me on hold. THE ONLY WORD I CAN USE IS NEGLECT. My partner went to this practice clearly displaying signs of serious illness such as Jaundice skin, lethargic, soreness all over and pain ,doctor did absolutely nothing about it , went to look for Google medications over the counter in front of him , and sent him home , a week later he was diagnosed with MYELOMA ( CANCER IN THE BLOOD) he had no kidney function and he needed a blood test asap . Thank you for ignoring amd neglecting my partner he could be dead by now thanks to you .
