All of the hotel towers were stained Especially the pool towels The towels are thin The room is outdated The floors had a whole bunch of hair and dust on them One of the outlets didn’t work And the light was flickering And the AC was leaking water. And I got charged for that Saying that I damaged the AC And the floor

This is a great hotel close to everything. Amazing pool the lazy river is really cool. They show movies on a big screen, you can float and watch. Rooms are nice breakfast is exceptional, way beyond the average motel.

Do not stay here unless you want complete motel vibes. We ended up checking out two days early after a random person walked into our room at 11:30 PM. When I explained this safety concern to the Assistant General Manager while checking out, her only response was, “Got it, you’re all set.” There was no apology or any attempt to address the situation or make it right. The pack and play they brought for my baby to sleep in was filthy. The rooms are outdated, small, and dirty, and you can hear every sound all night long. Overall... read more

There are some reviews that made me afraid to be here, so I hope this is helpful for you as you book your trip. We needed a room close to the cruise port and we wanted to be able to have amenities where we could lounge by a pool and grab a drink after a long day flying. This place did not disappoint. I asked if there is luggage storage as we came earlier than check in. The answer was yes. Rent the condo from VRbo. Customer service is the world's worst. Two out of four of the beds were just mattresses on the floor. No box springs. Inconvenient for for four elderly people.
