Dr Heathcote is an exceptional choice as a GP and reception staff are the most gorgeous, consistently kind and polite people.

Receptionist and doctor are wonderful very friendly. Very disappointing that you don’t get told children under 16 years old aren’t free as it’s a private clinic when you book online. Other clinics do.
