We had a very bad and unsafe experience with this company. The rope provided for tubing was already frayed and ended up snapping while people were tubing. This was extremely scary as we had to figure out how to safely get them back on the boat, plus it wasted our time. Terrible experience! The tubing rope they gave us was already frayed and snapped while in use — extremely unsafe. When we asked for a refund for the lost time, the owner refused, blamed us, and even charged us for his broken rope. Completely unprofessional and careless. Never renting here again!

We booked a boat service for 11 people and also did tubing. During tubing, the rope suddenly broke and left two of us stranded in the middle of a huge lake. Shockingly, the operator did not help us right away and instead demanded payment for the broken rope. The rope was extremely old, clearly unsafe, and should never have been used. This was not only a ripoff but also a serious safety hazard. I would not recommend this service to anyone — very unprofessional and unsafe.
