I made a reservation with 3 months prior to my visit. The person called me 3 hours before check in time to say she just noticed it was double booked. In a peak weekend due to marathon. Respect zero with people booking.

I had the pleasure of booking Beachside for a weekend down the coast, and can’t recommend the location and apartments enough. A lot of detail and thought has gone into the apartments and making our stay second to none with the most dreamy interiors and luxe bedding. Hassle free in booking my stay. It honestly feels like the best kept secret on the Gold Coast!! Clean, convenient location, easy parking.
