Visited for the first time yesterday. I must say ,this is one of the nicest gated communities in the area !
From beginning to the closing I dealt with some of the nicest and honoring people. Let’s 1st start with my Tour Guide (like a salesperson or realtor) made sure I found exactly what I wanted, she walked me through the entire process and yes and now I am a part of the Beachside Family. But, it doesn’t end there the developer (Mr Stuart Lynn) is a man who had a vision and he was determined to developed this area in Palacios for Texas residents, especially those living in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and surrounding areas.
