So disappointed in the item I ordered- completely different from the photo in the catalogue. A Wind chime that didn’t chime and very poor quality. Purchased it as a gift and was embarrassed when I saw it. Bill Davis with whom I corresponded was quite condescending and insisted the product was as described and offered 1/3 refund which I did not accept. Maybe he can put the refund toward a management training course - he could use it
Great customer service! Had an issue with USPS shipping my order. They rectified it immediately and shipped a replacement the same day.
