The girls at the desk are wonderful and Dr Sri is a exceptional doctor. I have been going to him since he started there.
The receptionists here are amazing. The old receptionist called Tammy was uncaring and unhelpful. But now the place is so much nicer the whole reception is a relaxing nice place. And the receptionists now are so helpful and nothing is too hard. Dr Sri is also very attentive and I can’t recommend him enough.
I had two appointments in the last 2 months, then booked my third appointment for 10.30am on 14/04/2025 for CBD Oil script. I arrived at 10.25am booked in at reception and took a seat. Quite a few people already there in waiting area. Around about 11.45am and still waiting I noticed people that arrived after me, being called in for their appointments, so approx 12 noon I approached the front desk asking what is going on. Terrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tammy the manager of the centre deserves a special mention for her horrible attitude and the way she treats patients. She talks down to you and does not care about patients at all. The only thing she cares about is how rude and awful she can be to people. She has zero empathy. I was charged $350 for every single appointment with Dr Ali. This was not in accordance with the fee schedule outlined on their own website. I was staying temporarily in the area & I needed to see a GP after a bad experience with our Hospital Care after a wrist break. Dr. Hooman was outstanding with his care & I really appreciated his time. I was aware that I’d taken more than my allocated time due to being upset & in SO much distress with do much to share in relation to the extremely stressful medical journey I’d had.
