My partner has been going to this medical centre for a few years now and I have seen nothing but unprofessionalism. Dr Ali in particular. Makes phone appointment’s and is hours late to the time set. And if you miss his late call you won’t get a call back and spend the next 24hours trying to sort it out. This has happened almost every time. Contrary to some reviews. Good knowlegeable, vigilent and good bedside manner doctors and good reception staff. Recommended.
The girls at the desk are wonderful and Dr Sri is a exceptional doctor. I have been going to him since he started there.
The receptionists here are amazing. The old receptionist called Tammy was uncaring and unhelpful. But now the place is so much nicer the whole reception is a relaxing nice place. And the receptionists now are so helpful and nothing is too hard. Dr Sri is also very attentive and I can’t recommend him enough.
