4pm I am at the American Fork location and the girls at the desk told me 12 minutes for the stand up so I chose that one since the TLTs were 30 mins but let some girl walk onto the slot that was clearly mine. Yes mistakes can be made but how can you fill one slot with two people?? You can't. Nepotism has it's advantages. I am very disappointed and feel disrespected by your business. Too bad there isn't any competition.
I went in for a free tan and ended up feeling like I was caught in a full on sales pitch. The staff immediately started pushing a reoccurring membership, even after I had said I just wanted to try the free session. It got uncomfortable fast. I love this place and it is truly the highlight of my day. The Herriman store is my favorite and like family! The beds are better there too in my opinion! I even got my husband to try it out and he ended up getting a membership too!
everyone here is friendly and helpful! the service is amazing! the equipment is clean, great place!
