You cant have one person up here alone on a saturday morning. Staff for success not failure. The girl that was there was just awesome taking care of everything and everybody. You should make her a manager with bad ass she was.
I want to like it here because they have the nicest beds. But the high pressure sales tactics get so old. I would like the ability to drop in a few times a year, without being asked “if I’m sure I want to use the bed just once because it won’t do anything” I guess if that’s the case, I can take my money somewhere where the beds do work. 1-2 no thank you’s should be enough to understand that I don’t want a membership.
