I came for a tan. I stayed for the customer service. Maddie and Elauna (pictured, looking like they run the place, because they do) are the reason I keep coming back. They're quick, friendly, and remember how I like my session, which is more than I can say for most people in my life. I walked in looking like a glass of skim milk (because I didn’t have the right lotion) and walked out looking like I'd been on vacation for 2 weeks. Ten out of ten. Would get bronzed again.
I’ve been a member of Beaches & Tanning for over a year and have always enjoyed the convenience of having such a great place close to home. I mostly tan before vacations, and my experiences have always been positive. However, I was a little disappointed with the new ID policy. Kenzie was so nice & helpful! She showed me the red light booth & was so kind and patient with me even though I came pretty close to closing time.
