on my last visit Nov 2018, dr, _____ asked me to go to wall-mart buy -"they have all ingredients needed" drugs, =solicitation for drugs ?? and the first i gave him MY MRI REPORTS, HE LOOKED AT PAPERS " WHAT ARE THESE" THE PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- UNSAFE!!!

Worse than no therapy at all. Take my advice and skip Beaches Rehab. Find a real professional.
Jesse is very mousey. No sense of being knowledgeable at all. Had a concern about doing possible damage to my tendon and wanted to consult my orthopedic surgeon before the next session to review my MRI and the kid NEVER bothered. Then I'm told we would do another session THEN he would call after he said he had concerns at the prior session. This place should be avoided!! David Sutherland Neptune Beach
