This place has been frustrating from start to finish. I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of better options. When we were first referred here, our appointment was scheduled at the wrong location. Since they didn’t send a confirmation text or email, we had no way of catching the mistake and ended up going to the address listed on their own materials. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Carrie at reception is an absolute nightmare to deal with; rude, unprofessional and has the communication skills of a 12yr old. This rehab has zero interest in patient care and retention and is far more concerned with covering up their complete and utter lack of customer service skills by placing blame on others. Good evening, today my daughter and I walked into this facility and greeted the lady behind the counter and asked her “what’s the suite number.” my daughter and I had just walked in a door before this suite door and I believed that I was lost. on my last visit Nov 2018, dr, _____ asked me to go to wall-mart buy -"they have all ingredients needed" drugs, =solicitation for drugs ?? and the first i gave him MY MRI REPORTS, HE LOOKED AT PAPERS " WHAT ARE THESE" THE PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- UNSAFE!!!
