Good evening, today my daughter and I walked into this facility and greeted the lady behind the counter and asked her “what’s the suite number.” my daughter and I had just walked in a door before this suite door and I believed that I was lost. on my last visit Nov 2018, dr, _____ asked me to go to wall-mart buy -"they have all ingredients needed" drugs, =solicitation for drugs ?? and the first i gave him MY MRI REPORTS, HE LOOKED AT PAPERS " WHAT ARE THESE" THE PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- UNSAFE!!!

Worse than no therapy at all. Take my advice and skip Beaches Rehab. Find a real professional.
