The actual plumbing work was good but the professionalism was horrendous. I had some complaints about pricing and felt I was being “strung along” with a series of repairs that were not clearly outlined before starting our repairs. Fix this for $4k, now this for $5k, now this… instead of giving me an entire plan from the start. I was talked down to; told I was essentially a fool if I did not spend $8000 on a project I ended up addressing for a fraction of that cost. I arranged a day for them to return and do the job only so that they would leave peacefully and quickly. When I texted that evening to cancel I received no courteous reply. I have heard good things about this company from others since my interaction with them. But personal experience always wins. I would avoid them.
Great work. Got the hot water restored on a Sunday. Good prices and very professional.
