Beacher and Ari recently installed a new pressure tank and blow-down filter for our well in our old house. I couldn't be happier with the results. If you have a new build or historic building, they are comfortable and knowledgeable about the full range. If you want something done right- these two are the best around. Professional, communicative and go the extra mile for customer service.
A great experience. Customer service of the old days...that's just not seen anymore. Everyone wants to rubber stamp and maximize their bottom line on projects. Beach is thorough and attentive and does what needs to be done. He even followed up after, just to make sure everyone was happy.
If you are a woman, I highly recommend you call a different business, I have had 2 different plumbers from this company both have had an attitude. Today one came criticized the work of a different plumber. When I asked if he could fix it, I was told no, he would have to study it and nobody is going to pay for that. If he doesn’t know how to fix it, then how does he know it’s wrong. Went to disconnect the Washing Machine to clean the area around it and the water did not stop!!! There was a faulty valve that was stuck on "ON" even when set to OFF. Called Beacher and he wasn't just here in less than an hour, he had the valve changed and checked out, fully functional in just about that time. We've used him countless times and am always pleased and very glad we use his services. He and his staff and true professionals, the only plumber I will call.
I've had the opportunity to work with Beacher and his team on a number of occasions for a commercial property and have always had a positive experience. Most recently we had a pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon and within 20 minutes, Beacher was onsite addressing the emergency. Unable to get there myself, he was fast acting, communicative, and reassuring throughout with helpful suggestions for next steps. Looking forward to working with him for our future needs!
