A longtime customer of Beachcombers, I’ve only ever had to buy their jacquard bottles once—they’ve held up for years. Additionally, the Jamila henna I’ve ordered has been finely sifted and stringy. Ordered online and received my product in a timely manner. Which I expect. What I did not expect was the email correspondence to be fun, upbeat, and personal, my invoice had a handwritten compliment on it. There were lots of great little touches that make you feel like you are an appreciated and valued customer. I have no hesitation recommending this company or buying their products again (and again).
