Just replaced our 22 year old beachcomber hot tub. Highly recommend the Brantford store ( we also purchased the first tub there). Danielle and Greg have given us excellent support along with great communication.
Greg the hot tub guy has very poor communication, like pulling teeth to get anything done. Came out charged us 270 ish dollars for an inspection and told us the electrician needed to do it. ( Not that he would need to come back to do his job after the electrician) The electrician replaced the wire and then we had to get him back in to tell us he will need to source the part that we have to order it cause he cannot.... Bought a new hot tub with cover in December. Cover vinyl is disintegrating and they a on’t warranty it. Would have been nice to have it last 6 months. Customer service is dead.
Hi All, I normally do not write reviews but after reading some of the reviews wanted to share my experience with Beachcomber in Brantford. I have a beachcomber hot tub that is 18 years old, purchased new that long ago. After a power outage, flow light came on, no problem followed instruction and hot tub started then over heated light came on.
