Can’t say enough about the great staff at Beachcomber London ( now Bask). My wife has a skin condition that was aggravated in the hot tub ( NOT caused by) and she could rarely go in it. After discussing it with the staff, they suggested changing our chlorine care free system to Aqua Finesse and it’s been a game changer. We can now both enjoy our Beachcomber tub much more often. They will just leave a voicemail with a date and time they booked you in and show up without talking to you or confirming. Bought a house that came with a beachcomber I called to ask some questions and about getting it cleaned I was told someone would call to let me know what times they are in my area after the call I looked more into the hot tub, and it was broken be hound what I wanted to repair. We just had our pool liner replaced with Beachcomber a few weeks ago. The process was seamless and the quality of work and service was excellent! Keep up the great work.
My wife and I spent a few weeks searching for the right hot tub for our needs and I wished we had met Janis at Beachcomber earlier. Her knowledge, personality and ability to understand our own unique perspectives was a huge factor in our decision. Installation was a breeze and the techs were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with setup and aftercare. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
