First time using beachcomber to close our inground pool. All I can say is what a great job they did!!!! I've been doing it myself for years and thought I'd give them a try. Well from now on they are the ones I'll be calling when it's time to open the pool .the 2 fellows that came out know what they are doing and did a better job than I did!!!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Great job!!!

I went in earlier today with a stripped Allen wrench to replace. A gentleman who woks there suggested simply cutting my old one. And so, he did, it works fine now ! There was no charge.To be honest, I don't remember saying thank you. I should have. Thank you very much ! In addition, they do very accurate pool water tests.
Bought a hot tub two years ago, our monthly hydro usage in KwH increased by 81%, reached out to store and head office, only service I got was Lip Service. Units aren't as efficient as they claim
I swear by this place for my pool and hottub needs. They are always very helpful and more importantly not pushy at all! Janis is so knowledgeable and personable! Janis was so helpful when I was comparing all of the pool robots as it can be stressful, but she helped me buy the Dolphin S400. I've used it now for almost 2 seasons and its incredible, it does exactly what its intended to do with ease. A must have for any pool owner!
