Great service
Our Beachcomber tub was delivered about 3 weeks ago and we are so happy with it. We can't say enough about Troy and the service he has provided us. Troy came to our house the day of the install to ensure everything went well with the installer. Two days later he sent us an email to check to make sure we were happy with everything and he also stopped by the house again to make sure we understood the chemicals and the process of looking after and running the tub. Louis, Troy and Travis consistently provide fantastic customer service. We love our Beachcomber hot tub and truly appreciate the advice and tips these guys provide, any time we have questions or need assistance or troubleshooting with the setup, take-down and maintenance of our hot tub. They are always willing to share their expertise and help out where they can. We have owned our hot tub since 2015 and still love it! We would highly recommend the product and dealing with this team.
