Big thank you to Beachcomber P.A. and especially to their technician Ben. He came to our small town on a Friday afternoon/evening and repaired our hot tub. He is extremely busy but gets the job done. I would highly recommend this business.
I didn’t buy my hot tub from them, the previous house owner did so I can’t comment on the sales end of things, but when it comes to maintenance, I would not recommend dealing with this company. My hot tub was leaking a tad before. After having being told I needed the pump replaced and jets replaced and a bunch of other maintenance done - which I had done, my tub now leaks even more.
