It's been a pleasant experience dealing with Solara for my purchase. Lisa was helpful with the sale and all of my follow up questions. Dillon and Luke were kind, friendly and overall fantastic with the delivery. Then Dillion and James did a great job with the set up and explaining the features of my sauna. Some minor damage was cause to my flooring, but there agreement to fix it and communication makes them stand out. Great service overall!

I have nothing but praise for Kelly Gutsche at the Southside Solara Store. I was narrowing my search for a replacement hot tub online and left some questions on their site. Kelly was quick to reply to what turned out to be many rounds of questions. When he could not answer a question he quickly found someone who could. First rate sales and support. Also loving our new hot tub.
