We worked with Emily Braunig from Solara who was excellent and very responsive every step of the way. Highly recommend Solara. They have a wide variety and knowledgeable staff. We are very happy so far with our hydropool spa.
Recently purchased a Gas Fire Table, upon delivery, there were a few scratches on the table top. Lisa ordered a new replacement top and Trevor (Service Tech) attended and swapped out the damaged top with the new one. Service was stellar and professional. Always refreshing to see great customer service!
Lunatic, very bald and bearded driver of a Solara van (CBV 8763) got out of his vehicle to approach my car in traffic to threaten me today… because I honked at him at a stop sign? I don’t think this dude should be driving a company vehicle, or interacting with customers, he doesn’t seem to understand the etiquette required for either activity.
Don't go anywhere else for your hot tub ! We use the Sherwood location and the staff is amazing . They can answer all your hot tub questions . They also have saunas, patio furniture as well as BBQ's. And all the supplies you need for anything they sell. Plus you are supporting LOCAL. 🇨🇦 With 3 locations in Edmonton.
