The customer service and support is absolutely top notch at the Sherwood Park location. Emily is such a delight and super helpful. She came to my house to make sure everything was installed correctly and to teach me how to properly take care of my new hot tub. The delivery was awesome too. I can’t imagine having a tub just dropped on your driveway to deal with. The level of service is just the best and I’m so happy with my purchase. Go see Emily if you’re in the market for a hot tub. Highly recommend!
I buy my hot tub product line from this place (beachcomber set) it makes it very easy to keep your tub sanitized. They can test your water and tell you what you need to do to make it comfortable and healthy. They had a young fella working for them ( not sure of his name) and he was extremely helpful and friendly. I'd go back just for him....(he gets the 2 stars) However, their sales team of women could use a little work. I came to your store, and have to say that I was greeted by the most professional. Lovely salesperson., I believe her name was Emily! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and was very informative about the watercare products!!! Would highly recommend!

We worked with Emily Braunig from Solara who was excellent and very responsive every step of the way. Highly recommend Solara. They have a wide variety and knowledgeable staff. We are very happy so far with our hydropool spa.
