Melissa! Hands down THE BEST you can ask for - we purchased in February For delivery in May after a patio rebuild - she’s put up with a plethora of questions- and answered them all. She helped us get what we needed. We shopped around for our needs, but customer service at solara was above all other standards. Cannot recommend her enough. Don’t waste your time elsewhere- she knows it !
We are absolutely loving our new hydropool! The team at Solara is amazing and easy to deal with. Melissa helped us every step of the way; from giving us all of the information to choose the best hot tub for what we were wanting, to coming by after the install and teaching us about the tub’s settings and chemical balancing. Would definitely recommend her to all first time buyers or anyone looking to upgrade.
Had a fabulous experience at Solara over the weekend. Henry was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect sets for our raised patio. Today, Melissa helped us find covers to protect our new furniture. Thank you for our new outdoor space!
