We bought a beachcomber hot tub about 10 years ago and still love it and enjoy it today! We have even moved it once 2 hours away. We have had amazing customer service throughout the years and are loyal customers!
Beachcomber is the worst customer service I have ever had with any company. Do not buy these products. Nobody in their store has any idea what there doing when it comes to servicing them!!! I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy a beachcomber hot tub. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Buy Arctic Spa or another tub!! Do not buy beachcomber!!!

Warren helped us with selecting a beautiful Beachcomber 720 Premium Hybrid4 hot tub. The delivery and set up was done very well without issue. It was amazing how the installers set up the hot tub with ease. The chemical maintenance is very straight forward with the Carefree products. We have been enjoying the hot tub since July 2020, using it almost everyday. It is so relaxing and soothing in evenings with the lights. Could not be more pleased with the OUTSTANDING service we received from Beachcomber Edmonton. From the management, to sales staff, to delivery team, everyone made our purchase as easy as possible. We were given all the information necessary to make the best purchase for our family. We could not be happier, more excited, and PUMPED to have a Beachcomber sitting in our yard. Had a part that needed to be replaced on our hot tub. I could most likely have done it myself, but, with the excellent service we have had from Beachcomber, it was best to have them do the repair. Chris came out, did the job and was very professional, friendly and efficient. I’d be pleased to have him work on my hot tub should the need arise again. Well done !

Great company to work with. Ryan took the time to help us find the hot tub that was right for our family. He didn’t rush or pressure us. He was patient, educated and honest.
