Staff were friendly and helpful making sure i got the right chemicals for my pool/filter type
I 100% recommend Andre Grzela the owner who knows his stuff. We came in his store with a question on how to fix our own hot tub which we purchased in 2015 from Trévi. He immediately proceeded to give us advice on trouble shooting ideas . Wow going home to follow up With him afterwards. The product of hot tubs in his store and his products on hand are great quality but most Importantly the owner does the servicing should it be needed not a third party. This owner is proud of his business

In terms of any products I need, this is the difference of ordering online to talking with Andre and Caeleb face to face. They take the time to make sure that I get the right products and that I'm using them correctly.
Andre and the staff are absolutely phenomenal. From outstanding customer service to patiently answering every question, they go above and beyond. They treat you with the respect and care you deserve, making the entire experience truly exceptional.
