A very pleasant shopping experience and staff was very informative on the Beachcomber Hot Tubs and gave us some great tips and tricks for water care!
dont know whats going on with them but they dont even know what a ink 300 is ... and left me on hold for 39 mins only to hang up on me . they are not at all pro ..
Terrible customer service. Would not recommend buying a hot tub from them.
Emailed them 3 times and left over 7 voicemails to Julia and never received a single response back. I tried to purchase and support local but it should not be this hard, I ended up purchasing my items from Coast.
