We had a great experience with Kanata Hot Tubs. We placed our order a few months ago and were really hoping to have it before Christmas. It almost didn’t happen, but Gabe pulled through, which honestly felt like a small miracle The delivery team was awesome, and we got lots of helpful tips from Gabe and other staff along the way. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would absolutely recommend Kanata Hot Tubs.
Great experience at Kanata Hot tub with Gabe! Purchased the Beachcomber 340 leep. Very knowledgeable about products in store. Very friendly and easy to work with! Quick delivery and great moving and set up crew! Gabe was quick to respond to any questions before purchasing and after delivery. He came to our house day of delivery to ensure we were happy and go over the start up procedures! 100% would go back to kanata hot tub!
