We had the best experience buying a hot tub, sauna & Gazebo with Gabe! He really cared and took the time to answer all our questions + was very efficient at keeping us aware of the delivery process etc. Everything was quick, easy & without any hiccups. + The whole staff at their store was very welcoming and kind. I would recommend going to this store above any other without hesitation. Thank you Gabe & the Kanata Hot Tub staff

It almost didn’t happen, but Gabe pulled through, which honestly felt like a small miracle The delivery team was awesome, and we got lots of helpful tips from Gabe and other staff along the way.
