Matt & Co were great! Wonderful pricing, and Canadian made products. While you can get a hot tub anywhere, what set these folks apart from other vendors was their commitment to customer satisfaction and exceptional white glove service. Very happy with our Maple hottub purchase and our experience with Matt. He was very professional, reliable and patient in answering all of our questions. We never felt rushed to make a decision, it took us 3-4 months to go ahead. Matt made the process super easy. Even though the sale is made, he is still there to answer all our questions about spa maintenance. Chris Pollock - recommended to us by Matt for electrical was also fantastic! It was a big purchase and we are very happy we did it with them!

He took the time to go over everything in detail, from the pros and cons of each hot tub to the construction of the jets, shell, pumps, insulation, and even all the additional accessories. We left feeling confident and well-informed, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a hot tub.
