Mandy!!! That girl sure knows her business. Every time that I’ve had a question about my hot tub, my filters, my billing or anything she just gets on top of things and resolves my issues superfast!! Over the last few months, I have seen a bigger turnout at the store than usual, and I appreciate everybody, but when it comes to product knowledge and grest customer service, nobody can match her!!
If anyone is looking for a hot tub these guys are amazing Shane took care of everything during the sale there crew that delivered our brand new tub were awesome they helped us with every question even left notes for future up keep the experience has been awesome. If you are looking for a hot tub go see Shane and the welcoming staff they will get you into exactly what you are looking for. Thank you all for this see you soon!!!!

I have owned my Beachcomber 350 hybrid for 6 years now after purchasing new and Beachcomber Cranbrook has always been amazing to deal with. They always have the knowledge, parts and chemicals on the shelf to keep my tub maintained. Can’t imagine owning a hot tub without this type of local support.
Just had the best experience at this store! Went in with a hot tub issue/question, both the ladies working there were extremely helpful. Printed me out step by step instructions and made sure I understood what products to use and when. It's been over a month with this hot tub issue, and no one else was knowledgeable enough to help me out. I live in Kimberley, but will be making this store my primary hot tub product store from now on.
