I have had a Beachcomber Hottub for over 17 years now and just bought a new one once again from Beachcombers. I did speak with the other local hot-tub companies in Collingwood and what they offered and their staff pale in comparison to Beachcombers. My daughter and I entered the store with a product book from the arctic spas a couple doors down. Once the male sales associate noticed us, he approached us and stated "hi girls, are you here to look around?" - The way he called us "girls" was very belittling. Then he proceeded to show us around while complaining about the hot tubs from Arctic spas instead of giving us helpfull information about the beachcomber spas. I had one of the worst retail experiences and left the store in tears. I came in looking for a one-piece swimsuit, as I’ve been dealing with health issues and weight loss. Unfortunately, there were no swimsuits available in my size, and as I was leaving, an employee made a completely inappropriate comment: “Maybe you should eat a burger.” I was stunned.
