I had one of the worst retail experiences and left the store in tears. I came in looking for a one-piece swimsuit, as I’ve been dealing with health issues and weight loss. Unfortunately, there were no swimsuits available in my size, and as I was leaving, an employee made a completely inappropriate comment: “Maybe you should eat a burger.” I was stunned. Chris was amazing!! He identified our problem and fixed it. He was extremely professional and pleasant.
We use beachcomber Collingwood for all our Hot Tub needs. Recently had to book a service technician to come out to fix some issues. Chris was extremely knowledgable, quick and honest with the repairs. The staff in the store are always great to deal with as well!
We bought our hot tub from Collingwood Beachcombers in 2015 and still at 10 years it has been a great, reliable hot tub but also the friendly service, expertise and products have been 2nd to none in the store and on the phone. They either answer the phone or get back to us promptly via phone. Ive even emailed them and their response and support is excellent. We get a technician to come and balance it every 2 wks which is not necessary but we love that it's taken care of and one less thing for us to manage in our busy lives. ... read more
