I've had two interactions with BB's customer support in the past 5 years. Each time I was amazed by the level of customer service I received. Both occasions BB overnighted my part/replacement and provided ample support/help with install/fixing. As for the product quality- it's a no-brainer. BeachBub's umbrellas are second to none. Easy to assemble and I can hear myself think- unlike the Shibumi. Now we own two BeachBubs!
We love our beach bubs!! Every time we go to the beach someone comes up to ask us about it..
Fabulous! Perhaps takes a little more time than setting up a cheaper umbrella but stays up and wind has minimal influence. We just bought a second one so we have two when families visit. North Myrtle Beach SC.
