I have had my umbrella for two years. It was recently damaged when I under filled it with sand. Getting repair parts was easy and I picked them up at the factory. I highly recommend this product!
I've had two interactions with BB's customer support in the past 5 years. Each time I was amazed by the level of customer service I received. Both occasions BB overnighted my part/replacement and provided ample support/help with install/fixing. As for the product quality- it's a no-brainer. BeachBub's umbrellas are second to none. Easy to assemble and I can hear myself think- unlike the Shibumi. Now we own two BeachBubs!
We love our beach bubs!! Every time we go to the beach someone comes up to ask us about it..
