I am the general manager for Beachaven I've been in this position for seven years and I assure you that Mr. McCann was never our guest. None of our rental units have carpeting, they are very clean and I never had any complaints from our renters. So, Mr. McCann, how an you write a review about the place you've never been to? And what do you mean about the staff being rude? There is only two people on site, can you name them? Of course you can't, you were never here!
This place was terrible . Staff was rude and not helpful . Make sure you wear your blue wristband or else the Beachaven police will get you . They are so rude the maintenance called me names because i forgot to wear my blue wrist band . The condo was filthy . Carpet in a beach rental come on . The garbage disposal did not work . The walls were dirty with grime and dirt . The bathroom outlets did not work . Broke screen door etc etc the list could go on for days . NEVER SAY HERE .
