I hired Beach Windows for Hurricane Impact Windows for my home in Cocoa Beach. Very happy with the high quality of the windows and the crew was very professional and took extra care when removing the old windows. I was so happy with the results, that I hired them again for another home in Melbourne. Once again, a great job was done there as well. Beach Windows & Doors installed my sliding glass doors 6 years ago. One door now is jammed. The company offered us a 10 year warranty at contract signing. I have been calling since May about this issue. William the owner, has promised he will send someone out there and never does. Always comes up with one excuse or another but he never calls back to schedule. A Company and owner that lacks integrity does not deserve to be in business. This is just my bad experience now. My dad recently had 5 sets of patio doors installed by this company - I would NOT recommend them. The install guys were nice enough, but communication was lacking on who was coming and when. They did not do a good job with caulking inside - we had to have them fix that in multiple places. They also did not do the screen locks properly, so we have screw holes in the frame that did not line up, and we're never filled in. Glass is scratched in a few places too. Not a good experience at all!
Bill did the windows in my condo. He did an OUTSTANDING job and will definitely use him again!
Had four older windows replaced in my condo by Beach Windows and Doors. Great communications with the owner and office staff for scheduling and the crew was amazing with the install. When inspected by the city building inspector, he said they did a great job. I’m very happy with my new windows.
