Its a decent gym. I like the location, as its very convenient for me. The staff are nice and the gym is decently clean. The prices are quite high for what you get, ie, no courts, pool and equipment that is showing its age. I do find you can get a good workout, but it gets a bit repetive with the equipment they have. So it works for me, but i dont think i would use the gym at these costs if it was across town or in windsor. Gym is well kept, friendly staff, and the owner is continuously investing in her business.
Great gym, kept clean, great equipment and awesome price.
Excellent experience from being greeted at every visit at the door, the exceptional trainers and of course, Renee! I feel welcome and part of a bigger community of fitness oriented individuals. The hours are generous. Renee has crafted a health facility where there is something for everyone; including kayaks! I highly recommend Infinite Health Club!
