Theft occurred while I was using the facility, during which time the front desk was left unattended and someone snuck in while one staff member was working out instead of working. You could see it on the footage, they showed it to me when it initially happened. You could see the guy who stole and the employee working out. I was assured that security footage would be preserved. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such a welcoming, positive energy that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The staff and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what they do, and it really shows in every interaction.
