Had the best customer experience ever with Rizza Mae, Christine Gail and Rizalyn. Initially had the worst ever experience when I bought the 85" Panasonic w95a from the Beach Camera store on Amazon. Received a used TV that seemed to have gotten broken during shipping...with missing parts (RXO shipping is the worst). Great, responsive, timely. Rizza Mae made my bummer situation soo much more tolerable.
Rizalyn was extremely helpful with finding a positive resolution to my problem. I ordered a “renewed” printer of a certain model and a different one was delivered. I was going to send it back but they offered me a discount and I needed to use a printer right away so I agreed to keep it. Her communication with me was always timely and professional.
