Ordered a TV. Buydig.com is the same company. Dealt with Beach cameras customer service. TV came broken. Just came in the product box. If its gonna be treated like garbage put a 2nd box around it or a fragile sticker. Told me to keep the busted TV . Now I gotta transport and dispose of it. Almost as if they sent a broken item on purpose just to get them out of the warehouse.
Bought an action camera off Amazon as used - excellent condition and it was basically brand new, but it unfortunately had a defect of a green pixel on the display. Rizalyn offered a discount and let me keep the item in an effort to compensate me, which I appreciated. Docking the star because of the defect but the customer service was awesome because they replied right away.
I purchased an LG 12,000 BTU Air & Heat unit from BuyDig. After receiving it, I noticed the price on the unit had decreased considerable. I contacted BuyDig to see about getting a discount on the price. Christine Gail contacted me, explained to me that its not policy for any discount after purchase. I ordered a 2k monitor with beach trading on eBay. While the product i received wasn't the exact one, It was still very good. On reaching out to them on this issue, Rizalyn responded promptly and took care of the issue.
I returned an item that I had purchased from Beach Trading Co Inc. via Amazon. I had ordered the item by mistake, thus it was unopened. However, while I had to pay the return shipping cost, since it was no fault of Beach Trading Co Inc., the return/refund seemed to have gotten misplaced in the system - it had been 10 days since it was returned.
