Made a reservation for this garage and was unable to park. There’s construction going on which is already limiting the spaces and on top of that people parked terribly (which I suppose is not their fault) causing less spaces to be available. It is a very tight garage.
Trash bad manager bad attitude
Have parked here a few times over the years. Best place to park and walk to Chinatown and the various bakeries. It's better to order your parking ticket online ahead of time. It's super easy and $21 for 7 hours, which is plenty of time.
Community purchase 24 hour parking via a spot hero for this garage. Everything went smoothly with a QR code. $22 was not unreasonable. Just beware, that the parking spaces are tiny even for a small car.
Horrible service! Horrible place! Absolutely avoid, I could give less stars I would. Staff is rude. The staff kept bumping my price up as I debated the price because it was super misleading, they are there to make money off of you. Lost ticket is 35$, I clicked on that to exit and bearded princess employee came and jacked up the price to 70! then he left, I cancelled his jacked up price and went back to lost ticket price, he came running back and cancelled it and kept blocking my hand to pay or do anything keeping me hostage... read more
