Don't ever park here. Waste of money
Parking was tight. Someone crashed into my car and took off. I tried calling the garage multiple times to obtain video or other information, but no one picks up the phone.
Very convenient garage in downtown Boston and the complimentary EV charging is a huge plus. The staff has always been helpful, and this is one of the few locations I can consistently rely on for guaranteed space and easy in/out access. Highly recommend.
