Purchased a set of polywood lounge chairs. We use the set for two years and the front legs snapped off on ALL four chairs. It is obvious that the lounge chairs have a defective design. Beach Road refused to help us to correct the design issue. They insisted on replacing parts with the same defective and dangerous design. They are extremely slow in response. They do not stand behind the quality of products they sell.
Beach Road is an amazing store! They have beautiful pieces, I will definitely be back!
