Stayed at a Costa Del Sol unit first week of July 2025. I am not disclosing the unit number as I do not want to hurt the owners business..I do not feel like he is at fault. But during our stay, we had a very severe septic problem on the bottom floor that resulted in raw sewage being blown into the unit. After resolving the septic issue (ON DAY 3 OF OUR STAY), this resulted in the unleashing of THOUSANDS of drain gnats into the unit. Accidentally left stuff in the condominium and didn’t realize until the next day. I called customer service and he directed me to what to do. Put in a lost and found request nearly 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Extremely disheartening when you liked the condominium but they likely throw away tenant’s items they left in the dryer
