The good - good location, well equipped house, neat backyard that's dog friendly, excellent heating. The bad - the house smells musty, quite old and needs painting, walls seemed dirty in main entertaining area, there were chocolate wrappers left around the house, carpet is old, the washing machine was very dirty inside like it had never been wiped out around the rim. I wouldn't stay here again.
We spent weekend in Beach Point Cottage. Everything was perfect. House is really warm even in the middle of winter. Walking distance to the beach. Really nice view from the deck on soccer field.
Very neat, close to every thing.
