Upon calling Beach plumbing they sent someone out the same day to give us a free consultation for some valve replacements. They were very professional and had fair pricing. The next day we accepted the proposal and the following morning Richard and Robert showed up for the job. They were very professional, had excellent communication, and were hard workers. The jib was finished in a timely fashion.
I had an HVAC guy who worked on the drain under my master bedroom sink and it caused the whole sink set-up to leak. I was so frustrated because the HVAC system had tied up 3 days I meant to work on my house. My neighbor told me to call Beach Plumbing so I did and they answered immediately. Omg, these guys were great! I ended up needing someone to replace my kitchen faucet asap, and they had someone at my door within 25 minutes. I’m sure that doesn’t always happen, but they had somewhat available and so it happened. And they didn’t even charge me an emergency fee. Both the person on the phone and the technician they sent me, Matthew, were great and they didn’t make me feel stupid. I will definitely be hiring them again!
