Drove 1 1/2 hours, had a mud wrap, she slapped it on didn’t massage it in, shower was freezing cold no hot water,slapped the cream on no rubbing it in. Terrible service.
Bizzare massage experience. Therapist was mumbling things the whole time and we only got 40 minutes instead of 50. Went in at 11:15 and got out at 11:55. More of a light petting than a massage, like i was being brushed with an oily paint brush instead of getting any knots.
I have had massages all over the country and many overseas. Bethany was by far one of the most skilled MT’s I’ve ever been worked on by. Very warm, welcoming, and healing hands. Deep tissue was nirvana
We got a couple massage! Omg, the ladies there did an amazing job. I highly recommend (Kimberly and Gail). Also thank you Emily (Manager) for helping us feel welcome and setting us up with massage package.
I had a facial which was nice. I came back a few days later to have an eyebrow wax. Unfortunately, the wax was too hot or something was wrong as my eyelids were burned. It’s been a week and I’m still using burn cream to heal. When I asked for my money back, in person, for the eyebrow wax I was treated frankly, very badly by the woman at the front desk.
