What a wonderful experience. Wonderful outdoor spaces with direction beach access. Well manicured gardens and wildlife (there were friendly bunnies and lizards). The rooms were nice and spacious. They had beach chairs and umbrellas and toys available for free. They had a room with books and games and movies you could check out. Hammocks and fire pits and giant yard games oh my!! Great place to stay, older structure, but clean. It is a cozy place to stay and the location is exceptional with great beach access. Lots of deck areas on the property, firepit with wood provided, barbeque grills. I believe I saw a review complaining about sand on the floor... our unit was clean. Also... It's the beach. Sweep your floor with broom provided in your unit.
Such a cute and understated place. It left nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly! The guest houses are tiny but there is the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. The lawn area with tiny rabbits hopping around and hammocks to enjoy the peaceful setting were welcoming. A short walk over the dunes to the pristine beach is where we enjoyed the sunrise and watched minnows flopping around. Can’t wait to come back. One night was not enough!
I hesitate to write this review because this has been our "go to" place for many years. We have loved it and made great memories. We just got home from a 7 day trip and was very disappointed. First of all, the roof in our room, over the bed, started leaking on the 3rd night. They were full so we had no choice but to wait until the next day to move.
