ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! WE ARE STILL PAYING FOR THEIR WORK TO BE REDONE!!! 2.5 YEARS OF A NIGHTMARE !! THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS !!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THEM! I WISH WE DID!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ONE STAR IF I CIULD LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT! Pavers are having to be redone in places. Rust spots due to lack of gunite , plaster 1 area of copping is sinking . I wish last payment could have been held until final inspection and made them wait with no return calls etc.
We hired Beach Monkey to build a pool at our house in AMI. The construction took months longer than the contracted date. They did not put in for the infiltration area which was a $9600 change order. I was told it was a brand new law (it went into effect in 2007...I looked it up). Communication was extremely poor. I was given start date after start date that came and went. I do love my pool however the sub contractors that Kyle snd Danielle work with for pool deck paver installation, were sub par. I have independently had other paver companies look at the issue of water run off and puddling and have been told the pavers were poorly installed and was provided with a solution. I have provided this feedback to Beach Monkey Pools but they remain non-responsive and the issue not resolved. They did however happily show up on my door step to retrieve their final payment, and pass off the paver stone ... read more
Terry is very attentive and respectful and just a really nice guy. He is very knowledgeable about pool care. Well thought out design for my small space. Great company
